William P. Brinker – Managing Director

Mr. Brinker has over twelve years of landfill gas system construction and maintenance experience. He has participated in the construction of numerous Gas Control and Collection Systems and beneficial end-use projects all over the country. Mr. Brinker currently oversees the operations of thirteen beneficial use projects for Enerdyne Power Systems, works in new business development, and is the Managing Member & President of Advance One Development. Mr. Brinker earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.

Andrew Murrer – Construction Manager

Mr. Murrer has over ten years of landfill gas system construction and maintenance experience. He is involved with the management and maintenance of several long term beneficial-use projects. He is the Construction Manager of Advance One Development. Mr. Murrer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.

Michael Curran – Project Manager & Superintendent

Mr. Curran has been involved in the construction industry his entire working career. He has been involved with multiple LFG projects ranging from landfill gas collection systems to engine installation and maintenance. He has experience managing teams of 15 plus people with a focus on team efficiency and safety. Mr. Curran earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, NC.

Tony Prater – Project Manager & Superintendent

Mr. Prater has over 20 years’ experience in commercial construction and grading. Since his first foreman position at age 23, Tony has been in supervisory roles, with over 15 years of that experience in large-scale grading projects. He is skilled on all types of grading equipment and has been the Lead Project Manager on two LFG projects during the past year for Advance One Development.

Jim Thomas – Project Manager & Superintendent

Mr. Thomas has over 30 years’ experience in the grading and construction industries. He has served in supervisory positions for the past 20 years and has managed crews in paving, grading, and commercial construction. His experience has made him well-versed in all facets of project management. Jim’s experience specialty is equipment operation, project management, and concrete work.
